This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") addresses information collected by FlyEx and measures that FlyEx takes to preserve the privacy and security of such information. Links to this Privacy Policy are available on the FlyEx website and this Privacy Policy forms a part of the Terms of Use included therein.

This Privacy Notice applies to information collected from, or which may be submitted to, FlyEx. At the present time FlyEx does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to the publicly available areas of website, including visitors’ names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers or email addresses. We may collect email addresses of the FlyEx user who chooses to access the private, restricted area of the FlyEx website reserved for such limited partners. FlyEx may, but has no obligation to, monitor and record other activity on its website for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.

Contact information: As part of the signup process we will collect your name, email address, phone number and other contact information. We may also collect your geographical location.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) information: When building your Traveler Profile you must provide your full name as listed on your Government Issued Photo ID, your date of birth, gender, and passport number, Known Traveler Number (KTN) and redress number if applicable.

Social Media: If you use Facebook to access FlyEx, we will collect authentication information from your Facebook account. This may include your username, email and password. This may also include your unique Facebook ID.

Business partners: We may share your information with business partners, such as airlines or hotel companies, so we can make reservations for you.

Complying with the Law: We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may share information if a government agency or investigatory body requests us to do so.

Cookies: We employ the use of cookies. By accessing FlyEx’s mobile app, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the FlyEx Privacy Policy.

Investigating potential fraud: If we think fraud has taken place in connection with a booking, your information may be shared as part of an investigation. FlyEx does not share information collected from the publicly available areas of website by a valid subpoena or court order, or as otherwise required by law. In the event that a visitor submits his or her email address or any other personally identifiable information to Flyex.
